Terms & Conditions For All Furniture & Equipment Supplied By The Spa Warehouse

Warranty
We do our best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of high quality. If you have received a product with a defect or fault, we will gladly replace the exact product at no additional cost to you if reported to us within 7 days of delivery. Where a replacement product is not available, your account will be credited.
Our 7-day report replacement promise entitles you to a replacement or repair of a damaged or defective product as soon as we receive the report. Please ensure you report the damage within 7 days of delivery. For your convenience, our courier will collect the defective product.
Certain products may come with a supplier’s warranty in addition to The Spa Warehouse’s 6-month warranty. If so, this will be stated in the product listing or on your invoice. Our 6-month replacement warranty entitles you to have your product replaced or fixed at The Spa Warehouse’s expense if the product is found to be defective or faulty. The warranty starts from the date of the invoice.
If the product is found not to be defective or damaged, you will not be entitled to any replacement or credit. Instead, you will be liable for the costs incurred in having such a product returned to The Spa Warehouse and redelivered to you, should you request a refund.
The following will not be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to any replacement or fall under the 6-month replacement warranty:
- Faults resulting from normal wear and tear.
- Damage arising from incorrect usage of the product.
Delivery
Please note that when using your own courier to collect from us, The Spa Warehouse cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss caused by your chosen shipping company. Our liability ends once the goods have been collected from us.
When using The Spa Warehouse’s shipping company, our liability ends once the delivery has been made and the waybill or delivery note has been signed by your company representative. Please ensure that all stock is checked upon delivery before signing the waybill.
If any damage is noticed upon delivery, please report it to our company via email at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the stock. Any damage to packaging or items reported after 7 days from delivery will result in replacement or repair costs being charged to the client.
The Spa Warehouse will not accept any liability for the replacement or repair of damaged items reported to our office after the 7-day period.
Delays
The Spa Warehouse CC will not accept any liability for orders or loss of income resulting from delays caused by shipping, delivery, or manufacturing processes.
For custom-made furniture and imported items, no refunds will be provided in the event of delays.
We will, however, keep you informed as much as possible before and during the process and will make every effort to deliver on time.
